The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases, made through www.nokaposh.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you with your exchanges or returns.
*All exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges
*Free Shipping on your exchange order!
If you need to return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your exchange order. Please make sure the item being exchanged is unworn and has all original tags and labels attached as it is received.
**Please fill out and include this Returns & Exchange Form with any return or exchange of an item(s).
If a second exhange for the same item(s) is desired the shipping is the responsiblity of the customer; If the item(s) ordered was not the correct item received, then it would be our pleasure to exchange it for you for the correct item(s) ordered and you will not be charged for the shipping to do so.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please make your return as outlined below.
Returns
If you need to return something for any reason, simply use the Exchange & Return Form above, securely package your return including the form and enclosed receipt and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS, but USPS Priority Mail is also usually trackable for your security. You are responsible for return shipping charges; However, if the item(s) was shipped incorrectly then it would ofcourse be the responsiblity of Noka Posh to cover shipping cost to exchange for correct item(s).
Once we receive returned item(s), we will notify you by email. Once the item(s) is inspected you will be notified by email whether your return has been approved. If approved , we will then credit the return back to your original form of payment. Intitial shipping cost paid or free shipping discount given, will be deducted from approved return. If return is not approved we will send item(s) back to you to keep and Noka Posh will be responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) back to you. Special orders are not returnable or refundable.
Product Condition: (For Refund to be issued)
- All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.
- Laundered items cannot be returned.
- Please place the package inside either the resealable envelope or box that the item(s) was shipped in. If the original packaging is not in good enough condition to send back then you may use your own packaging as long as it is appropriate to ensure proper shipment.
